Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the various appointment options and the booking process itself.
Upon completing the booking process, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not, there is a chance your appointment was not confirmed. You should also receive automated appointment reminders via email/text in advance.

We reserve the right to charge the full fee for the scheduled service in the case of no-calls/no-shows.
To avoid this charge, please submit your request for cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time.
