We have recently undergone a graphical user interface (UI) update on our online scheduler. In lieu of these changes, our system now requires you have an active account (username and password).
If you have encountered a snag when trying to book your appointment, please contact us via email, phone, website form or text message/WhatsApp @ (571) 331-3343.
You will then receive an automated email from our system, with a link and instructions to create an account. Once you have completed this process, you will be able to finalize and confirm appointment bookings.
If you do not receive the email, or you run into any additional questions or issues, please let me know.

We reserve the right to charge the full fee for the scheduled service in the case of no-calls/no-shows.
To avoid this charge, please submit your request for cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time.
