We are currently accepting new patients on a case-by-case scenario. All cases will be pre-screened and reviewed in accordance with CDC recommended public health guidelines prior to scheduling.

Please read the associated descriptions of each appointment type before choosing. Upon selection, be sure to CONFIRM your final choice. We have incurred multiple instances of patients believing they had booked, when they did not click the final confirmation button.
We allow patients to reschedule their own appointments. We do request that any changes are confirmed within a reasonable time frame (preferably 24 hours prior) in advance to the confirmed appointment slot. This allows us to fill the slot with another appointment for a patient in need of care.
Simply create a login, and you will be able to view any and all confirmed appointments you have made. You may select any upcoming appointments, and change the date/time.
Please note: You will not be able to change the TYPE of appointment.
We ask that all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment.
We know thing come up, and emergency situations arise. We have always been flexible with our patients. This will never change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out via email (email@example.com), our contact form, or the messenger icon in the bottom corner, and request a cancellation.
*Please note that patients do not have the ability to cancel their own appointments via our website. All cancellations must be done via direct communication.
We offer a one-time grace visit for a missed appointment.
Beyond that, a missed appointment fee will be applied in the amount of $35-$135 depending on the length of the visit scheduled.
To avoid this charge, please submit your request for cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time.
With limited slots available, missed appointments often take time away from another patient who needs care, or might be waiting on the call list for a spot to open up.
