ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS
- Select the appointment type you require - if you wish to book multiple appointment types, please select all that apply for you
- Select the provider you wish to see (there are different options for different appointment types)
- Select a date from the calendar
- A selection of available times will appear for the date you chose (please note: this will appear blank if our schedule is fully booked already)
- Select a time slot that is convenient for you
- Login using your registered credentials (username, password)
- Receive an email confirmation for your appointment
ALL APPOINTMENT CHANGES REQUIRE 24 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE
Cancellations:
- Locate your confirmation email
- Within the email, the scheduled date and time is a hyperlink; click the link
- Login using your credentials (username, password), and select DELETE APPOINTMENT
Rescheduling:
- At this time, our system does not allow you to reschedule your own appointment
- You may use the method above, and CANCEL your previously existing appointment (provided it is at least 24 hours prior) and then REBOOK a new appointment at your convenience - OR -
- You may contact us directly via email, phone, website form, or text msg/WhatsApp
