We are currently accepting new patients. All cases will be pre-screened and reviewed in accordance with CDC recommended public health guidelines prior to scheduling.
If you have registered an online account, you are allowed to reschedule your own appointments. All changes must be made at least 6 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment. If the change is not made in accordance, we reserve the right to charge your account for the entire fee.
Please note: While you may reschedule your existing appointment, you will not be able to change the TYPE of appointment.
All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment.
We know thing come up, and emergency situations arise. We have always been flexible with our patients. This will never change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out via email (email@example.com), our contact form, or the messenger icon in the bottom corner, and request a cancellation.
*Please note that patients do not have the ability to cancel their own appointments via our website. All cancellations must be done via direct communication.
We reserve the right to charge the full fee for the scheduled service in the case of no-calls/no-shows.
To avoid this charge, please submit your request for cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time.
