W offer convenient online booking for all patients.

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the various appointment options and the booking process itself.

Upon completing the booking process, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not, there is a chance your appointment was not confirmed. You should also receive automated appointment reminders via email/text in advance.

ALL APPOINTMENT CHANGES REQUIRE 24 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE

Cancellations can be made directly online:

• Required to be done 24 hours in advance
• Use the link provided in the appointment confirmation email to cancel
• Currently there is no feature to reschedule your own appointment

 Rescheduling:

• Unable to be completed yourself
• You are required to contact us directly via email, phone, website form, or text msg/WhatsApp

We reserve the right to charge the full fee for the scheduled service in the case of no-calls/no-shows.

To avoid this charge, please submit your request for cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time.
