OFFICE MANAGER / BILLING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the chiropractic office
Manage front desk staff, scheduling, and patient flow
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Handle patient communications, phone calls, and appointment confirmations
Maintain inventory and order office/clinical supplies
Support the doctors with administrative tasks as needed
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new and existing patients
Submit and manage insurance claims and appeals
Post insurance and patient payments
Reconcile accounts and follow up on unpaid claims
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance billing codes, policies, and HIPAA compliance
Communicate effectively with patients about their coverage and balances

PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment and rehab programs
Instruct and supervise patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises
Administer therapies such as: electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), therapeutic ultrasound, and spinal decompression
Lead and manage our stretch therapy program; one-on-one sessions
Educate patients on at-home exercises and wellness strategies
Document patient progress and communicate with the clinical team
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Support front desk and patient flow as needed
