If you are a new patient, do not use the scheduler to book an appointment. You will need to reach out to us directly via our new patient appointment request page, as we are pre-screening potential patients before scheduling them for their initial new patient visit. If you only need an adjustment, please select "Adjustment Only". If you are in need of any additional therapies (ie: e-stim, heat/ice, manual therapy, stretching, etc), please select "Adjustment + Therapy". If you are unsure of which to select, please reach out using our contact form.
You can easily do so by creating a login. Once you login, you will be able to view existing appointments, and also edit them to change date and time slot.
We ask that all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment.
We know thing come up, and emergency situations arise. We have always been flexible with our patients. This will never change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or our contact form, and request a cancellation.
*Please note that patients do not have the ability to cancel their own appointments via our website. All cancellations must be done via direct communication.
We offer a one-time grace visit for a missed appointment.
Beyond that, a missed appointment fee will be applied in the amount of $35-$135 depending on the length of the visit scheduled.
To avoid this charge, please submit your request for cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time.
With limited slots available, missed appointments often take time away from another patient who needs care, or might be waiting on the call list for a spot to open up.
